Cancellation Policy for Online Meds Plus
At Online Meds Plus, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@onlinemedsplus.com with your order details.
- Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Prescription and Regulated Products
- Due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements, certain medications, prescription products, and healthcare items may not be eligible for cancellation once the order has been confirmed.
- Online Meds Plus reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests for products subject to legal or regulatory restrictions.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
- If a cancellation request is approved before processing or shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Incorrect Orders
